Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to furnish and install a new facility-wide master key system and perform re-keying and/or re-coring services for approximately 362 doors, padlocks, and associated locking devices across the Boulder City, NV campus. The contractor will be required to provide a quote for the work, which includes completing and returning the price schedule, demonstrating technical capability, and providing past performance information. The contract will be awarded based on the best value and will be a total small business set-aside.
• The contractor must have experience performing commercial and Government locksmith services of similar scope and complexity.
• The contractor must provide three recent projects that are similar in scope, size, and complexity to this requirement.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quotation submission and at the time of award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety and health, and security requirements.
