Description
The Riverside Unified School District is soliciting bids for the construction‑site work required to install shade‑structure systems at two school locations (J.W. North High School and STEM Academy). The work includes site preparation, grading, utility coordination, foundation and anchorage installation, storm‑water management, temporary facilities, safety and environmental controls, and final commissioning. Bidders must be pre‑qualified California contractors holding Class A/B licenses (or appropriate C‑class licenses for any MEP work), provide a bid security of at least 10 % of the bid, and furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount.
