Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a Track Mounted / Horizontal Drill Rig in accordance with State of California Specification 31702-037-261. The drill rig will be used for various projects and must meet the specified requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all administrative and technical requirements, terms, and conditions of the solicitation.
• The drill rig must be new and the latest model in current production.
• The bidder must provide a complete descriptive literature with the bid.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
• The bidder must provide a California seller's permit or certification of registration.
• The bidder must comply with the Darfur Contracting Act and the Iran Contracting Act.
• The bidder must provide a Bidder Declaration Form and a Payee Data Record.
• The bidder must comply with the California Civil Rights Laws Certification.
• The bidder must provide a Postconsumer-Content Certification form.
• The bidder must comply with the TACPA preference request forms.
• The bidder must provide a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Bid Incentive.
