The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business‑only contractor to provide full maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters) at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, parts, and management necessary to keep the equipment operating safely and continuously, meeting strict availability and response‑time metrics. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (ID/IQ) with a base year plus up to four one‑year options and an optional six‑month extension. Key compliance requirements include a Service Contract Act wage determination, CMMC Level 1 cybersecurity certification, Arkansas state licensing for elevator work, and adherence to multiple safety and quality standards.
