Description
The Texas Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal services necessary to perform turnkey roof replacement projects for Buildings 26, 45, 64, and 64A. The project includes removing existing shingles, replacing damaged decking, installing new drip edges, and installing 30-year, three-tab asphalt shingles. The contractor must also provide all required warranties and submit manufacturer product data sheets for all roofing materials.
• Remove existing shingles and replace with new ones
• Install synthetic underlayment and new drip edges
• Replace damaged decking and fascia boards
• Install new flashing and pipe boots
• Provide all required warranties and submit manufacturer product data sheets
• Comply with OSHA fall-protection requirements and protect historic architectural elements
• Perform daily cleanup and leave the site broom-clean
