Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole source contract for the operation and management of a cafeteria-style food service at Naval Hospital Guam. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the performance period is from January 1 to June 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to serve nutritious meals to patients, hospital staff, and eligible personnel. Services will include meal planning and preparation, cafeteria setup, meal services, cash and credit collection, and cleaning of equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for emergency planning, preparation, and recovery operations during natural and man-made disasters.
