The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting bids for the sale of surplus immovable property, specifically a portion of Texas Street right-of-way, Oakdale Subdivision, Section B, previous municipal address 431 Holmes Blvd., Terrytown. The minimum bid is set at $59,150.00, and the sale will be made to the highest bidder, provided that the bid equals or exceeds the minimum price. The property measures approximately 9,161 square feet, and the sale is subject to certain conditions, including the reservation of a 10’ sewer servitude.
• The bid submission must be accompanied by a 10% deposit in the form of an original cashier’s check or an original certified check.
