The City of Cheyenne is conducting a sealed bid surplus sale of a city-owned property located at 3425 Christensen Road, Cheyenne, WY. The property was appraised at $490,000.00. The city will receive sealed bids for the property, and the award shall be made to the responsive bidder submitting the highest offer.
