The City of Brooklyn Park is seeking bids for the 2026 Partial Roof Replacement at Edinburgh Clubhouse. The project involves the renovation and expansion of the clubhouse, and bidders are required to submit their bids on a lump sum basis. The complete bidding documents are available for a fee via digital download at www.questcdn.com or www.inspec.com. A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM on January 8, 2026, at Edinburgh Clubhouse.
• The bids shall be upon the form provided in the Bidding Documents.
• The bids shall be delivered to Brad Tullberg, City of Brooklyn Park, 5600 85th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
• Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with Bid Security and the Responsible Contractor's Affidavit as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
