Budget estimate

$150,000 – $350,000

Based on typical commercial roof replacement costs of $15‑$30 per square foot, the 10,600 SF total area suggests a base range of $159,000‑$318,000. Adding expenses for insulation upgrades, rooftop accessories, carrier coordination, and contractor overhead likely pushes the total to roughly $150,000 on the low end up to $350,000 on the high end. The estimate assumes standard EPDM replacement with no extraordinary site constraints.
