2026-180 - Truscott 200-300 Building Siding Replacement

The City of Aspen is seeking qualified construction firms to replace the exterior siding of the Truscott 200‑300 building. The work includes full demolition of existing siding and gypsum board, installation of a new adhered weather barrier, optional rigid insulation, and installation of Hardie Plank lap siding; an alternate scope also includes replacing windows.
