Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife is seeking a qualified bidder to provide a quote for both reinforced and unreinforced plastic lumber. The materials will be delivered to three different locations on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii. The offeror will be responsible for shipping and delivery of the specified amount of material to each of the three delivery locations. The quote should include the price of the materials, shipping and handling, and all applicable taxes and fees.
• The materials include plastic lumber with various dimensions and reinforcement.
• The offeror must provide a quote that includes all applicable taxes and fees.
• The offeror must be responsible for shipping and delivery of the materials to the specified locations.
• The offeror must provide an invoice for completed job services by the end service date.
• The State of Hawaii reserves the right to verify the validity of compliance documents.
