The State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is soliciting unit‑price bids for treated timber products (creosote‑treated piles and CCA‑treated structural lumber) to be used on bridges and road projects in District 58. Bids must be emailed by 11 May 2026 23:59 CST, with all specifications and treatment requirements detailed in the attached PDFs. Delivery is required Monday‑Thursday, 6 AM‑4 PM, with prior notification to the district’s delivery contact. Vendors must be registered in LaPac, have a valid Louisiana Secretary‑of‑State registration, and comply with quality‑control inspection by the DOTD Timber Inspector.
