Description
The State of Louisiana Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the purchase of two Tractor Haul Transport Units for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF). Vendors must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and submit full pricing, delivery terms, and required certifications (dealer’s license, W‑9, etc.) via the LaGov online portal by the bid opening time. The solicitation includes detailed specifications (Attachment B) and special terms (Attachment A). Delivery is FOB destination with payment due within 30 days of invoice. The contract may be extended for up to two additional 12‑month periods, not exceeding a total of 36 months.
