REPLACE 50HZ B FEEDER UTILITIES AT U.S. COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES, YOKOSUKA (CFAY), JAPAN

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East (NAVFAC FE) is seeking sources for the replacement of 50 Hz B Feeder Utilities at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. The work includes removal of existing High Voltage Cables, provision of new High Voltage cables, underground conduits, cable racks, and switch stations. The contractor must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. • The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must provide verification of their license to operate in Japan prior to award. • The U.S. Government will not offer "United States Official Contractor" status under Article XIV of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) to any Offeror awarded a contract for this requirement. • The contractor must submit Attachment 3: Contractor Information Form to Joshua Kaimikaua by the due date and time indicated in SAM.GOV.
