Beaufort Executive Airport Eight-Bay T-Hangar and 50x50 Box Hangar Design Build

Beaufort County is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of a new eight-bay T-Hangar and a 50-foot by 50-foot box aircraft hangar at Beaufort Executive Airport. The selected design-build team will provide all professional, technical, permitting, and construction services necessary to deliver complete and operational hangar facilities. The project includes full design, engineering, pricing, procurement, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout services. The County seeks a qualified design-build partner capable of validating site conditions, recommending practical and economical building and hangar door systems, and collaborating on design and cost development. The project must be completed in a way that supports the Airport's operational, economic development, and long-term growth objectives.
