Argonne National Laboratory (DOE) seeks a direct‑manufacturer to supply a high‑performance Dilution Refrigerator for the Q‑NEXT quantum information science research center. Offerors must submit a completed ANL‑70 Request for Quotation, a capabilities list aligned with the detailed Statement of Work, the product’s country of origin, lead‑time and delivery terms (FOB Destination, Lemont IL 60439 or DAP), and a signed ANL‑70B Reps and Certs package. Evaluation will be based on lowest price, provided the technical solution meets the stringent cryogenic, RF, and vector‑magnet requirements.
• Provide a dilution refrigerator capable of achieving < 10 mK base temperature within 24 h, with specified cooling powers (≥ 14 µW at 20 mK, ≥ 450 µW at 100 mK, etc.).
• Include a 0.25 T × 0.25 T × 0.25 T vector magnet (130 mm bore) and extensive RF wiring (SMA up to 18 GHz, K‑connectors up to 40 GHz).
• Deliver documentation confirming compliance with Buy‑American definitions, detailed lead‑time from PO to delivery, and full warranty‑supported on‑site technical support.
• All submissions must be received by 5 pm CDT on 12 Oct 2026; the solicitation is evaluated on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis.
