Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is seeking a vendor to provide twenty Mobile Cell Phone Signal Boosters and Accessories, including installation, for the Northern Region. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications, including compatibility with all smartphones and mobile hotspots, a signal gain of 50 decibels or greater, and support for multiple and simultaneous cellular devices. The vendor must also provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on installation. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
• The contract items must include Weboost Drive Reach Overland Model 472061 or equal.
• The vendor must provide installation of the contract items.
• The vendor must have an office to perform installation within 100 miles of the WV Department of Environmental Protection Philippi, WV location.
• The vendor must deliver the contract items within 30 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
• The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
