The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is issuing an on‑ramp RFP to add qualified contractors to its existing Facilities Job Order Contract (JOC) pool. The contract is state‑wide and covers a broad list of trades—including carpentry, concrete, electrical, fencing, fuel systems, generators, HVAC/plumbing, painting, lead & asbestos testing, spill response, and more—supporting small‑scale maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and renovation projects at highway maintenance facilities, state airports, rail facilities, and other state‑owned properties. The original JOC term runs July 1 2026 through June 30 2031; any new on‑ramp awards will not extend beyond that date. Contractors submit proposals by 11/20/2026 and, if selected, join a pool that receives work orders on an as‑needed basis throughout the remaining contract period.
