The U.S. Government Publishing Office (acting for the Department of the Interior) seeks a single‑source printer to produce 10,000 four‑color, water‑resistant 4×9‑inch rack‑cards (including 80 “blue‑label” departmental copies). The contractor must use JCP L61 cover stock, meet high‑resolution (2,400 dpi) specifications, and deliver the finished product to Niangua, Missouri by July 6 2026. The job must be completed using either full offset or full digital printing—no split‑method production is allowed. All packaging, labeling, and required GPO forms (2678, 917, 905) must be complied with, and a distribution notice must be emailed on ship‑date.
