The University of Arizona seeks a qualified search‑firm to provide executive, faculty, and specialist recruitment services for its campuses and potentially other Arizona public‑higher‑education institutions. The contractor will be responsible for end‑to‑end search management—including position announcements, candidate sourcing, credential verification, compliance with merit‑based hiring policies, record‑keeping, and providing candidate guarantees—while also offering a‑la‑carte options such as background checks or interview coordination. The contract is “on‑call,” with a two‑year base term and up to three one‑year extensions, and no set volume of searches is guaranteed.
