Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Novamed Corporation for the DirectCARE Basic (DCB) Service Contract, which includes onsite service by a Bayer certified field engineer, hardware system coverage, calibration, software updates, and complete inspection and safety testing for various Bayer/Medrad models. The contract is for services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Dallas VA Med Center. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this notice. The key services include:
• Onsite service by a Bayer certified field engineer
• Hardware system coverage
• Calibration per OEM specifications and procedures
• Software updates
• EPM certified part replacements
• Complete inspection and safety testing
