Description
The Union City Community Schools is seeking bids for the Middle/High School Addition & Renovations project. The project consists of 22,887 square feet of additions and renovating 66,416 square feet of the existing high school. The project is expected to start in summer 2026 and finish in fall 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond.
• The project is heavily phased and will require contractors to be bondable.
• The bid documents are available on BuildingConnected, and all questions should be directed to the Construction Manager.
• The bid security shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid.
• The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal that will serve their best interest.
