Work Order Construction Contracts

The Pennsylvania Western University, Clarion Campus, is seeking contractors to provide work order construction contracts for various services including HVAC, plumbing, excavation, medium voltage electrical, masonry, and general construction. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete each project in accordance with all state, county, and local laws and regulations. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. • The scope of work includes general HVAC work, heating systems, air handling systems, heat pumps, chillers, sheet metal, and associated systems. • The scope of work includes general plumbing, pumps, boilers, water heaters, drains, fixtures, associated systems, removal of debris, and cleanup. • The scope of work includes preparing sub-grades for slabs-on-grade, walks, and lawns/grasses, excavating and backfilling for structures, drainage course for slabs-on-grade, sub-base course for concrete walks, separation and drainage geotextiles, excavating and backfilling for water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and steam utilities. • The scope of work includes medium and low voltage general electrical repairs or replacements such as main yard switchgear and building switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, interior and/or exterior lighting, equipment connections, conduit, power, and wiring and electrical testing. • The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of concrete block work, clay brick masonry, mortar, grout, and embedded flashing. • The scope of work includes miscellaneous general carpentry, drywall, masonry, and concrete repairs including new and/or renovations and repairs to building interiors or exteriors as well as limited site work.
