Description
The Central Lake Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system at the Middle School/High School building. The project includes the installation of a new fire alarm system, and bidders are required to provide a lump sum sealed proposal. The bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available for electronic download through Moore Trosper Construction Company's Procore site. Bidders are responsible for all documents and the cost of printing and shipping of plans and specs.
• The bid bond will be required (5% of total bid).
• Ability to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond for 100% of the amount of each bid.
• Pay applications per AIA documents.
• Pre-qualification including a review of financials, safety records, and lawsuits, etc.
• Prevailing wages and certified payroll are required.
