Construction & Demolition Bulk Waste Transport and Disposal/Municipal Solid Waste Transport & Disposal

The City of Shelton is seeking competitive bids for Construction & Demolition Bulk Waste Transport and Disposal/Municipal Solid Waste Transport & Disposal. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes providing 50-yard open top roll-off containers and a 100-yard open top trailer dump for municipal solid waste. The contractor must also provide transportation and disposal services for construction and demolition materials. • The contractor must have a licensed disposal service contractor. • The contractor must provide evidence of insurance coverage. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a non-collusion affidavit. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond. The City of Shelton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality or technicalities of proposals, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
