Property Appraiser - Interior Renovation

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to renovate the lobby area of the Property Appraiser's Office. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, professional services, supervision, drawings, permitting, and all miscellaneous requirements to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work. The contractor must comply with the County's Annual Contract - Minor Construction Services and the conditions of the Work Order.
