Description
The Wayne County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform various interior renovations of the first floor at 36-40 Canal Street, Lyons, NY 14489. Proposals should be submitted digitally to [email protected] by 10am on Thursday, November 19, 2026. There will be a mandatory site visit required.
The project consists of the final stage of interior renovations to 36-40 Canal Street, a commercial mixed-use building where the first floor is being renovated into office space. This phase of the work will leave the building in a habitable and functional condition.
