Description
The Department of Assessments & Taxation is seeking a vendor to provide an installment payment plan for property taxes. The vendor will be responsible for remitting property taxes semiannually to the specific county or municipal corporation where the property is assessed and taxes are due. The vendor must be in compliance with all legal mandates relating to money servicing, including those established by BSA and AML as well as Federal and State Privacy laws. The vendor will need to create a process for enrollees to follow regarding the repayment of the installment plan.
