Sale of Expended Deformed Small Arms Cartridge Cases

The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) is selling approximately 37,060 pounds gross (35,747 pounds net) of deformed brass casings stored in Gaylord boxes/pallets for recycling. The material has been deformed in accordance with DoD instruction 4715.4. The sale is on an "as is" and "where is" basis, with no warranty provided. The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs and must remove the property within the prescribed time period. • The property is located at Camp Ripley Ammunition Supply Point, Building 7-1, section 1, 15000 HWY 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. • The minimum acceptable bid is $1.00 per pound. • Payment must be made by certified check or money order, or a surety bond may be provided. • The purchaser must provide their own brass weights once at their facility. • The government will load the material on the purchaser's truck at no cost, but the purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.
