The City of Columbus is offering a lot of 306 confiscated firearms (plus 7 upper receivers) to a qualified licensed firearms dealer. In exchange, the dealer must provide a credit or swap consisting of Heckler & Koch MR556 A4 SBR 11‑in rifles (exact model and accessories only). The solicitation is a sealed‑bid sale; the winning bid is the one offering the greatest quantity/value of MR556 rifles. The vendor must be an FFL (and any required state dealer license), submit a 5 % bid security, and complete all transfer paperwork within ten calendar days of award.
