Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the replacement of a residence at the Billy Creek SWA. The project includes the furnishing and installation of a new employee residence, site grading and earthwork, aggregate base course, potable water supply, onsite wastewater treatment system, LPG tank and service, and electrical service. The project also includes several alternate and additional bid items, such as a traditionally framed residence, exterior concrete slabs, and a pre-engineered metal garage. The successful bidder will be required to perform all work in accordance with the plans and specifications, and to obtain all necessary permits and approvals.

• The project requires a performance bond and labor and material bond.
• The project is subject to the Buy Clean Colorado Act, which requires the use of eligible materials with low embodied carbon emissions.
