The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners or managers of office‑type commercial real estate in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to lease a small office space (approximately 2,422–2,550 ABOA sq ft) beginning February 1 2027. The lease will be fully serviced (warm‑lit shell) and must comply with federal fire‑safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and Section 889 telecommunications restrictions. Interested parties must submit building details, contact information, square‑footage breakdowns, and full‑service rental rates per ABOA and rentable sq ft, including optional tenant‑improvement and BSAC allowances.
• Space required: 2,422–2,550 ABOA sq ft office with 4 surface parking spaces.
• Must meet GSA standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and be outside the 1‑percent floodplain.
