The City of Flint is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive machining, stainless‑steel welding, and pipe‑fitting services for its Water Pollution Control and Water Treatment Plant. The work will support the operation and maintenance of the plant’s infrastructure over a three‑year period, encompassing preventive maintenance, repairs, and fabrication of metal components as needed.
