Description
The Government is seeking to lease warehouse space in Jamaica, NY, with a minimum of 1,000 square feet and a maximum of 3,000 square feet. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years. The government requires 24/7 access and a fully serviced lease. The space must also accommodate storage for two vehicles, each weighing approximately 10,500lbs.
• The space must be located within the delineated area, which is bounded by the Belt Parkway/Rockaway Blvd to the north, Jamaica Bay to the south, Lefferts Blvd/Belt Parkway to the west, and Rockaway Blvd/147th Ave/Brookville Blvd to the east.
• The space must have a minimum clearance of 6'8" to accommodate the vehicles.
• The weight of the vehicles should not exceed 22,000lbs if parked side by side.
• The space must meet government requirements for telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
