The U.S. Navy seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide full‑service commercial warehousing, storage, and logistics support for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity. The contractor must furnish a dedicated warehouse of at least 100,000 sq ft, climate‑controlled office space, material‑handling equipment capable of handling loads up to 8,000 lb, and a qualified workforce to manage receipt, inventory, handling, and delivery of operating materials, supplies, and plant equipment. The effort includes daily material movement, periodic physical inventories, and support to nearby Navy installations, all under a firm‑fixed‑price “C‑Type” contract awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis.
• Minimum 100,000 sq ft warehouse with 20‑ft ceiling, fire suppression, loading docks, and 600 sq ft office for government staff.
• Provide material‑handling equipment (trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) and qualified personnel (warehouse managers, specialists, drivers) with Secret‑level clearance.
• All costs must be fully‑burdened, itemized commercial rates; no post‑award cost adjustments.
• Contract is 12‑month base period with up to four one‑year options, DPAS rated 100 % and set‑aside for SDVOSBs.
