Fuels Management Services at Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT and FE Warren Air Force Base, WY

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive fuels management services at two GOCO installations—Malmstrom AFB, MT and FE Warren AFB, WY. The contractor must handle bulk storage, retail fueling, aviation fuel services, vehicle and equipment maintenance, environmental compliance, safety and security, and 24/7 operational support, including specialized and general‑purpose vehicles. The contract will be awarded to a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be a firm‑fixed‑price, multi‑year agreement with a four‑year base period and optional extensions. • Manage and operate fuel storage, dispensing, and quality‑control systems at two Air Force bases. • Provide all required vehicles (special‑purpose aviation and ground support, general‑purpose transport, escort, tow) and maintain associated equipment. • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and security directives while delivering 24/7 fuel availability and support for base missions, events, and contingencies.
