Description
The Department of Defense is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive inspections and related services on fuel tanks located at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The work includes removal, disposal, and transfer of remaining fuel; cleaning of tanks; replacement of wiper seals; and a full above‑ground storage tank (AST) inspection as listed in Attachment B. This is a non‑personnel services contract, and the solicitation deadline has been extended to mid‑November 2026.
• Perform fuel removal, disposal, and transfer activities.
• Clean tanks and replace wiper seals.
• Conduct detailed AST inspections per specifications in Attachment B.
• Deliver all required documentation and reports by the submission deadline.
• Work must comply with DoD fuel tank safety and environmental regulations.
