The Department of Defense, via DLA Energy, is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑scope fuel‑storage, handling, and distribution services for both Government‑Owned‑Contractor‑Operated (GOCO) and Contractor‑Owned‑Contractor‑Operated (COCO) fuel facilities at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in Twentynine Palms, California.
