Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Given the nature of the project, which involves research and development of a vaccine, the budget could be substantial. However, without specific information on the contract value, it's challenging to provide an accurate estimate. Considering the project's duration (2 years) and the fact that it's a sole source contract, the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contract will cover the costs of research, development, and testing of the vaccine, as well as personnel and overhead expenses.
