Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) and matching gearboxes for two water‑treatment filter plants, along with complete design documentation, shop drawings, certification, and operation & maintenance manuals. The contract is supply‑only; installation, field testing, and on‑site services are excluded and will be handled under a separate agreement. Bids must be sealed, submitted by the extended deadline, and meet strict AWWA C504/C516, NSF 61, and material specifications.
• Provide double‑offset butterfly valves meeting AWWA C504/C516, pressure class 75 B (150 B for 72‑in motor‑operated units) and NSF/ANSI 61 compliance.
• Supply AWWA‑approved gearboxes compatible with existing manual/electrical operators; include design calculations, shop drawings, and a Manufacturer Certificate of Compliance.
• Deliver comprehensive O&M manuals (hard‑copy and searchable PDF) plus spare‑parts lists and required special tools; freight prepaid FOB Destination to both plant sites in Buford, GA.
