Description
The Muscogee County School District is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the 2026 Kitchen Equipment Project. The project involves replacing walk-in cooler-freezers, school kitchen hoods, and cafeteria serving lines, as well as other minor renovations. The CM will be responsible for cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing of the work. The project is expected to be completed by July 18, 2026.
• The CM will work with the School District and the Project Architect to finalize the phasing and scheduling of the work.
• The CM will provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the project.
• The CM will be responsible for managing changes within the stated cost and schedule limitations.
• The CM will be evaluated based on factors such as stability, relevant experience and qualifications, quality of proposed management plan, past performance, and fee.
