The DLA Troop Support Directorate of Medical Materiel is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price supplier to provide progesterone capsules (100 mg and 200 mg) in 100‑count glass bottles for distribution through the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons prime‑vendor programs. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) basis and will run for a base year with four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years. The contractor must be FDA cGMP‑compliant, have an approved NDA/ANDA, meet bar‑coding and labeling standards, and be able to deliver orders within 15 days of receipt.
