Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing an unrestricted competitive solicitation for a continuous supply of Ramipril oral capsules in multiple strengths and blister‑pack sizes to support the VA, Department of Defense, Bureau of Prisons, and Indian Health Service. The award will be a single‑award contract lasting a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year options, allowing up to five years of uninterrupted supply. Offerors must provide the exact product name as it appears on the label, a unique NDC number, and must ship capsules in specified blister packs (glass bottles are prohibited). The contract will be administered through the VA and DOD pharmaceutical prime‑vendor programs and will be conducted electronically under FAR Part 12.
