The VA Network Contracting Office 22 is soliciting a firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply a full portfolio of in‑vitro‑diagnostic (IVD) blood‑type reagents, controls, and consumables for its VISN 22 medical facilities. This BPA covers a 12‑month base period with up to four annual options (total potential term of five years). Vendors must be eligible small businesses (HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB) and must provide FDA‑approved, AABB‑ and CAP‑accredited products with full traceability and cold‑chain shipping. The award will be based on technical compliance, quality/regulatory compliance, and total price.
• Supplies include ABO back‑typing cells, complement check cells, anti‑sera (A, B, C, D, etc.), LISS, monoclonal controls, ELUTION kits, and a wide range of antibody identification panels.
• Annual quantities are detailed in the “Five‑Year Pricing” attachment (e.g., 4 units of Gamma N‑HANCE 3×10, 66 units of Anti‑C3b‑C3d Mono 1×5, etc.) for distribution across VA sites in CA, AZ, and NM.
• The contract is a BPA with a base period (Dec 1 2026 – Nov 30 2027) and four optional one‑year extensions, each priced at the same unit rates; a six‑month price hold may be applied to the final option.
