6550--Sources Sought: Tuberculosis Testing Reagents and Consumables for the Buffalo VA Medical Center. In support of the Tuberculosis (TB) Testing Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research (Sources Sought) to identify domestic sources capable of supplying TB testing reagents, controls, consumables, and related services for the T‑SPOT® TB platform at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. The solicitation seeks information on vendor size status, manufacturing or distribution capabilities, subcontracting plans, existing federal contracts, pricing, and confirmation of U.S. manufacturing. Respondents must submit their capability statements, pricing (for research only), and required business information via email by the specified deadline. • Required items include TB test kits, positive/negative controls, cell‑processing reagents, consumables, QC materials, product inserts, and technical support. • All reagents must be FDA‑cleared, compatible with T‑SPOT®, new, in original packaging, with sufficient shelf‑life, and supported by manufacturer technical assistance. • Vendors must disclose size classification (e.g., SDVOSB, HUBZone, large business), supply chain role, subcontracting percentages, existing GSA/NAC/NASA SEWP contracts, and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID.
