Description
The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified environmental‑services firm to provide multi‑year monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and compliance support for the Flemington Landfill Brownfields Property (now nCino Sports Park). The contract runs for an initial three‑year term with an optional two‑year extension and will be awarded based on qualifications, not price.
• Quarterly operation, maintenance, and screening of environmental systems at the site.
• Annual irrigation‑well sampling, analysis, and reporting to NCDEQ’s Brownfields Redevelopment Section.
• Assistance with the Annual Land‑Use Restriction (LURU) compliance and response to methane‑system alarms.
• Additional permit‑compliance duties as required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (NCDEQ and other agencies).
• Requirement to incorporate Minority/Woman Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) participation in any subcontracting.
