Description
The City of Charlotte is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide on‑call demolition and environmental services. Work includes securing structures, asbestos abatement, utility coordination/relocation, demolition, clearing and grading, underground storage tank removal, contaminated soil removal, well abandonment, tree removal, and miscellaneous environmental remediation. The contract will be a three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the total anticipated value is between $250,000 and $499,999.
• Services are urgent, often emergency‑driven, and not tied to existing project contracts.
• Required insurance: automobile liability, general liability, workers’ compensation.
