Main Eggleston Toilet-Shower Room Renovation - Phase 1

The project involves interior renovations for existing toilet-shower rooms located in the Main Eggleston Hall Dormitory at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. The scope of work includes selective demolition, plumbing renovations, ventilation system renovations, electrical system renovations, masonry repairs, metal framed partitions, waterproofing membrane, ceramic tile, suspended ceilings, and other finishes. An additive bid item is included for replacement of the main building switchgear.
