The Village of Wellington is seeking a contractor to relocate the Biosolids Control Room within its Water Reclamation Facility. The work includes moving existing lab furniture, demolishing a shower, installing a kitchenette, replacing a water heater and air‑conditioning unit, adding plumbing, electrical, and internet services, and performing structural modifications to the roof and observation window.
